A place to experience the real Sweden.

A wonderful place for anyone who loves nature, peace, and space. The house is equipped with everything you need, very clean, comfortable, and set in a beautiful area. The location itself is the perfect base for exploring the surroundings, but also for simply enjoying the quiet, the forests, and the Swedish countryside. The veranda is very nice too; even in autumn you can enjoy a lovely coffee or tea there. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and helpful and provide you with useful tips and information about the area. Everything was very well arranged and the entire stay fully met our expectations. You can tell in everything how much care and attention has been put into this place. In our opinion, this place deserves not 5 stars but 10. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to experience Sweden at its best. You really couldn’t wish for more.

Een geweldig huisje welke is voorzien van alle benodigde comfort. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Badkamer en keuken zijn nieuw en alles is schoon. Rik en Eline zijn geweldige gastheer en gastvrouw. Het zelf gebakken brood is heerlijk evenals de eitjes van eigen kippen. Naast dit heerlijke huisje is de omgeving ook nog eens prachtig met diverse activiteiten binnen schappelijke afstand. Ook Oslo is op 1,5-2 uur rijden. Ik kan deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen.

If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would. We were welcomed very warmly by the owners of the house. There was an immediate connection with them and we felt at ease right away. Beautiful surroundings with lots of wildlife, squirrels, various birds including nuthatches, blackcaps, bullfinches and moose. There are plenty of walking opportunities in the area. In short, a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday. Grateful for the beautiful view and the stunning nature

Wat een heerlijke afsluiter van onze 4 weekse reis! Een huis waar je je vanaf de eerste minuut thuis voelt. De omgeving is heerlijk, het is er rustig en leuk wandelen!

We had a fantastic time in the typically Swedish cottage with beautiful views of the forests! Everything was very complete, clean and well cared for. Rik and Eline are very hospitable and personally involved. Truly a recommendation for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to discover Sweden.

We stayed in Myrhem for a lovely week and were able to enjoy the peace and quiet. The house is beautiful and equipped with every comfort. The house has 6 proper beds (no fold-out beds or sofa beds). The surroundings were wonderful for walks. We enjoyed swimming in forest lakes. Communication with Rick and Eline was pleasant, and they were very friendly and helpful.

Cozy house decorated with feeling. Very fresh and well cleaned. Beautiful surroundings, we picked blueberries in the forest behind the house. We would love to come here again!
